Shipping & Processing

Please allow 5-9 business days for your order to ship. The majority of our products will ship UPS or USPS First Class Mail. If you would like a different shipping method, please email Beverlyand3rd@gmail.com to inquire about pricing. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Tracking information might now be available for the first 24 hours once your order is picked up by UPS or USPS.

If you have any issues with your order once it leaves Beverly and 3rd, please reach out to USPS or UPS. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email Beverlyand3rd@gmail.com with photos of damage. A claim will be filed with USPS or UPS and arrangements will be made to get a replacement shipped as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow 5-9 days for your order to ship. We will use the best priced carrier for shipping your order. We are not responsible for any import taxes or custom fees (if any should arise).
